Gold BingoThere is a slight ‘gold’ theme to Gold Bingo, but the name definitely seems to relate more to its big prizes rather than its appearance. For example, the background features a bank vault, and the various information pages include gold bars and stacks of cash, but this is really as far as it goes.
The game uses standard 90-Ball bingo tickets, which are made up of three rows and nine columns. Each row has five numbers displayed on it, for a total of 15 numbers per ticket. Most games offer three prizes for one line, two lines, and a full house, but some of the ‘feature games’ also pay out when a player has one or two numbers left to go as well. You can see when these games are on offer via the schedule available in the lobby, but keep in mind that more prizes also mean that the regular payouts are going to be significantly less than during normal rounds.
Tickets are priced between 1p and 25p at different times of the day and in accordance with how busy or quiet the game is at the time. Each player can purchase between one and thirty tickets for each round. With 202 players in the game at the time of writing, the prize fund was a little under £205 for one line, two line, and three line prizes of £16.51, £23.11, and £99.06, respectively.

That’s probably not very likely, however, as 90-Ball is by far the most popular variant of bingo played in most European countries!
Each round proceeds with the caller announcing numbers between one and ninety in sequence. The first player to hit all five numbers on a single row of their ticket collects the first prize, with increasingly larger prizes for completing additional rows. Should more than one player hit a prize on the same number, the amount shown will be divided equally.

Gold Bingo Winning PlayerThe big ‘feature’ of Gold Bingo is its large prizes, which are created by pooling together the ticket sales from all players at several different online bingo sites. - Roll On Bingo: The game will continue awarding full house prizes for a set number of calls after the first winner has been declared. This is great for the players who hit afterwards but not so fantastic for the original full-house winner!
- XTG: This refers to 1TG/2TG or ‘one to go/two to go’. In these games, additional prizes are paid out to players with one or two numbers remaining when the full house is declared.
